and u honestly think jmm fights differently from floyd? what did jmm do tonite that floyd doesnt/cant do better? the answer absolutely nothing. the fight would be even more one sided.

For starters I really don't think Floyd would get caught up in an exchange with Manny the way JMM does. Also, JMM utilizes his jab better than Floyd does. Floyd would not and will not fight Pacquiao the way JMM does. He'd outbox him for sure, but he's not going to stand and trade with him the way MArquez did tonight.

JMM landed more effective punches...pacquiao didn't know what to do..when he threw he missed most of his punches..he looked lost in the fight...he looked like a lost school girl who's used to fight weight drained bums..jmm beat him and pac knows that...now we know that mayweather would **** him...and of course arum is gonna make sure mayweather gets avoided.

and thus in my mind(without the scorecard) won the fight

it's simple right? or must this whole "effective aggresivness(which is basically only attributed to the guy coming foward landing)" and "ring generalship(which is basically only attributed to the boxer/guy on the back foot landing)"
be taken into account?

but floyd is taller and to make things worse very elusive

That's what I'm saying, it's a good blueprint, but if anyone thinks Floyd is going to fight like JMM they're kidding themselves. Floyd doesn't beat him by standing there and trading blows. I see him just doing what he does best and steadily breaking the guy down.
