I am sorry if this hurts your feelings but if you didn't have Marquez winning or if you use compubox to fight your case you simply don't understand boxing. All you see is two guys trying to slug it out. That is not boxing.

This is boxing:

1) Effective Aggressiveness: Was pacquiao an effective aggressor? Hell NO!

2) Ring Generalship: Do I even have to make the case here. Marquez controlled the rythm, tempo, and the exchanges

3) Defense: Again do I even have to fight this for Marquez...... no contest Marquez

4) Clean and Hard Punching: All the clean and hard punches were Marquez, the only guy getting jolted out there was pacquiao.

I lean towards jmm on this one... I wouldn't have been mad if it was a draw. Jmm did exactly what I thought he needed to do to be competitive, but pac just didn't show up. Dude fought like he was shook. Pac looked like he was about to cry when he heard the boos. I don't think the guy can handle being the "bad guy".

You guys who are trying to make out that Manny wasnt prepared are nuts.

According to Pac and his people they had "the best camp ever", and Manny was "taking this personal".

If Pac was punishing all of his sparring partners, the same guys that he has used for the past few years, against all style of opponent, then he needed to get guys with more technical ability, guys who could move and counter..... that was even obvious against Mosley.

How is Manny gonna land on Mayweather ?

How will he deal with Floyds movement/technique (which is better than Marquez'), and how will he deal with Floyds accuracy (which is MUCH better than Marquez')?

I won 800 bucks betting against my Mexican and Filipino friends. They all claim and yes even the Mexicans believed Pacquiao was going to win by KO, I told em it was going to be a close fight. I win either way HAHAHA, have fun arguing and wasting your time lol

It was a close fight. I honestly didn't think Marquez could hang at this weight and I was even more shocked when he entered the ring weighing more then Pacquiao. I don't see it being anything close to being a robbery there. I think both guys put up a good fight.

If Marquez could have got his weight up in the fight with Mayweather like he did in this fight, it may have been a lot closer fight then it was.

They were saying the same things before the second fight too,that Pacquiao was this all new and improved fighter and that Marquez had gotten older.


They'll most likely market their fourth fight as Pacquiao having an improved right hand also.
