Do you consider Julio Ceasar Chavez Jr a ducker?

To me it just seems that he gets out of ever hard fight possibly. There's always some excuse. Are they trying to make him a undefeated fighter like his dad?

I agree, he is like a solid B level fighter. Martinez will destroy him in KO fashion if and when they fight......we all know that he will weasel out of that one too

I think he already did. Martinez was asking for a fight, and he made up every excuse NOT to fight him.

I clearly see him as the KING of ducking, I hold no one above him.

both chavez jr and canelo are being protected. I don't think I would call either "ducker's" I just think the WBC & their promoters are protecting them and guiding them away from the best opponents. I don't think either would flat out duck martinez or cotto or whomever.

Canelo definitely has that warrior in him and I think chavez jr does too, to a lesser extent, but it's in his blood.

Protected???? To me it is ducking, he never fights anyone worth anything.

Sorry, but even with Ceasar being a MW, he would never even step in the ring with a small WW as Victor Ortiz.

I consider him a record padder.

He's only hurting himself though. He can either fight no one forever or end up like Cotto. First big name you fight, get your ass beat.

that's why I think they should make chavez vs canelo now, while their both undefeated and before someone gets embarrassed. That fight would be so huge it's almost ****** not too, especially if you're chavez.
