Given the fact that Arum and Pac aren't negotiating a fight with Floyd, in favor him, Yes he is justified completely.

The ball IS in HIS court. He shoud demand a 50/50 split and $10 million if the fight is in Vegas or Arlington. If he really wanted to start making demands, he could demand slightly less than 50/50 (maybe 45-55) and that the fight be held in Azteca in Mexico City. I'd really laugh my a$$ off if he demanded OST, and if Pac refused, that'd be CLASSIC.

Either way, if Arum and Pac refused the 50/50 split or the fight in Mexico City, he could always go back to 135 and fight Rios, DeMarco, or Guerrero. Or he could go up to 140 and fight Maidana, Bradley, etc. Or he could retire and take his 5 million dollar payday, plus PPV money, and ride off into the sunset.

Either way, the ball is in his court.

He has the power and if Pac really wants the fight, he will agree. That or fight Mayweather.

JMM doesnt have the power. Pac wants to fight him because he just wants to. Not because he needs the money. He can fight Bradley and still garner around a million PPVs.
