Rashad Holloway "I'm team Pacquiao all day but Marquez won this fight hands down. Sad to see how politics run this sport when fighters work so hard." http://twitter.com/#!/RASHADHOLLOWAYComment

very good post......VictorConte "It's interesting that with all those with "degrees" in Manny's camp, they can't seem to sort or the cramping issue." http://twitter.com/#!/VictorConte
but in all honesty I think pac had the wrong shorts on..they looked kinda short which affected his overall movement..Comment

Michael Marley "I had Juan Manuel Marquez a slim 114-113 victor. Pacman should steer clear of this guy because it is like Ken Norton vs Ali." http://twitter.com/#!/marleyboxingComment

Great points, Queloque.
The commentary during the fight was absolutely laughable. During rounds 5, 6, and 7, they gave Marquez his props, but after the 7th, they started to focus more and more on Pacquiao's "moments" than Marquez's.
It kidn of reminds me of the rematch, when Lampley said ; "Marquez is going out on his shield, if he's losing, and showing you all the heart you would expect of a Mexican fighter", or something to that effect. I remember at the time thinking to myself, "going out on his shield? he's winning by a point or two!"Comment

I said the EXACT same thing to a friend immediately after the fight.
However,
I just reviewed the fight, and it's not the same fight I viewed live several hours ago amid some distraction.
It's probably a good thing that I reviewed the fight before posting on it, as I retract my own call of "robbery". It was close. Marquez didn't get jobbed, IMO. More truthfully a draw was accurate, or a win by the narrowest of margins for either.
We're never getting a real resolution to this. The trilogy should really be considered 1-1-1 and left at that.Comment
