Nah. Andre Ward kicks his ass and probably Froch.

If Martinez would grow a set and quit chasing smaller men, I'd pick him to put a whuppin' on Bute as well.

    That was easy. Next?

Johnson is clearly alot better now. I don't think Hopkins could do that again. I think I was talking about the current Glen Johnson who is alot better than when he was younger, but I'm sure you can say the same about Bhop in some ways. Would have been an interesting rematch to make but its probably too late for that now. Hopkins doesn't have anything to gain by fighting Johnson again.

I think the only super middleweight who can beat Bute right now is Andre Ward. Bute has more power than Ward and maybe he is a bit faster, but ward is a more complete fighter than Bute. Bute can't fight on the inside and this can be his downfall against Ward...

Bute at this point obviously doesn't have the resume to compare with Froch or Ward.

The winner of their fight will be the best at 168.

Bute still has a lot of time to grow and I'm sure he has a lot of fights down the road like Kessler, Dirrell, Froch, Ward etc etc in which he can prove himself.

Glen johnson is on the decline now. but 3-6 years ago Glen johnson was way better then the johnson that fought hopkins. but he said Bute dominated Johnson better then anyone ever has. And i just wanted to show that Hopkins dominated Johnson and stopped him and whooped him worse then bute when he was undefeated.

You're only as good as your resume, and Butes resume is garbage.

He still has to beat the winner of Ward-Froch. Bute can claim he's the best, but until he's in there and beats them, he's still on the outside looking in. I think the winner of that fight needs to fight Bute though, as he's made a great case for himself as the top threat at 168.
