I remember in the Zab Judah fight when he was walking Zab down and closing the distance and finally got him out of their and made him do the chicken dance. Manny needs his opponent to pressure him inorder to look good because Pac throws numerous punches and uses angles. He rearely had to go after his opponent. This is me talking about boxing here and not about coming down hard on Pac. You don't have to agree because this is just my opinion.
i agree and have been saying this for a while now that manny seems to beat the **** out of his opponents if they are walking at him or standing in place which is actually what every 1 of his recent opponents has done except marquez and mosley and that is why manny didn't look to good against mosley and was not able to land as much in both the mosley and marquez fight all they are really doing is circlin to the left

I mean if you want to go that route. One can point out that Mosley wanted to quit. Because, of his blister on his foot, that couldn't allow him to move in the direction that Richardson want it him to against Pac. But, Richardson told him No cuz' basically he was in no danger.

Against Floyd. Richardson was thinking about stopping the fight because he felt Mosley was in danger..."Don't make me do something that I don't want to do Shane."

But, all this it's actually irrelevant.

What matters is that when Floyd fought Mosley that was the best fight that could have been made at WW at the time that didn't involve Pac.

When Pac fought Mosley that was NOT the best fight that could have been made at WW that didn't involve Floyd.
Knocking opponents down is part of Pacquiao's skill set. Mosley wanted to quit against Pacquiao, not Mayweather. Forget the blister, you're sounding like David Haye.

Who're you kidding? Berto would've fought Mosley at the best time the fight could have been made, but it didn't happen because of the earthquake and mental state of Berto after that. Floyd took advantage of this because he knew 2 training camps for Mosley in a row takes a toll, and that's on top of the fact that Mosley was on the sidelines for a year or so.

Who else was there for Pacquiao to fight instead of Mosley at the time? Be realistic.

I think Goodman and Roach see the exact same thing.

Richardson wanted to stop the fight with Mosley and Floyd because Floyd was kicking Shane's ass. Shane wanted to quit against Pac because his foot but Richardson said no. Nobody is making this up. Pac could have fought Mosley before Berto and Floyd was and went on to but Pac didn't want the #1 WBA WW champion who just came off of an sensational win but rather wanted Cotto who struggled with a big cut over his eye against Clottey and Pac still wanted it at 145. Listen, Pac is a tough guy no doubt. I used to like watching him fight against Morales, Barerra, Marquez, but to deny how his fights at the higher weight went, just shows that you cannot debate in a non bias way because when Floyd fought shane that fight was anticipated and people really thought Shane had a chance after KO'ing Margarito but once Pac got to him. the sport of boxing was basically shunning that fight.

Arum has capitulated and agreed to randomized testing. The only issue left now is whether or not soldier boy decides to ask for 100 gazzillion dollars as way of throwing up another road block.

Was manny's fear of needles a roadblock?

What people say on video or in articles means nothing...It's what they put in the contract that means everything.
