arums said they agreed to testing. period... but its been on record that bob wants notice of the tests (takes the random part out) and doesnt want the USDA to do the testing while manny trains in the phillippines. he wants WADA to monitor it then.. WADA's official opinion is "WADA is not a testing agency. USDA is the body which would be the best." so yes, in theory bob and manny have agreed to testing but its the little details that have yet to be agreed on.. at least thats my take from everything i've read.. and im neutral in regards to manny and floyd.. they r both great and as fans, i think we are lucky to watch both of them fight and can only hope for them to figure this thing out and do the fans a solid.

all those details came out before arum said testing was no longer an issue.

what i find annoying is that both camps keep on making noises, yet neither have made a visible effort to go to the other side and start negotiations. and anyone of importance who tries to make it happen end up burned.

take Ross Greenberg and Nelson Mandela's daughter. Both tried to make the fight happen and both failed miserably.

I recall when the first negotiations were going on, there was an article on this very site stating how Arum was on the plane to the Phillipines to get approval from Manny and he didn't see any road blocks stopping the fight. Then that's when the "obligations to Congress, so we would need another date, etc" ball started to roll. I thought it was common knowledge that the talks stalled with Team Pac....not because of a rant from Floyd in the back of his car. Oh well....that's my fault for paying attention to facts.

What gets me is Mayweather has a history in ducking fighters its not just pac fans who state this, there are rappers out there who have also said that ****, RaRugged agreed with this etc....

While Manny who moves up in weight, fights all the top welters out there to fight, he is the one ducking, while someone else decides to re invent the rules of the sport and demand testing.

And there is the crazy thing you will hear some fighters agree with Floyd but how many are actually doing the testing?

And again through all of that we are expected to think Pac is the one ducking, the kid never went on Vacation, he never lost the urge, he didnt go out of his way to beat up on his babys momma in front of his kids to try and get locked up rather than to fight

i honestly didn't know that. but from what i've read, she failed to negotiate for the fight due to disagreements regarding financial matters, and not because of her being racist.

Facts? Folks, here's another one claiming to know facts.
Your fault is not knowing the real facts.
In the first negotiation, Pac made it clear that a fight in May was not possible because he was going to run for congress and the elections would be in May. He was not a yet a congressman. The fight had to be done in March before the start of the campaign.
