Stop fooling yourself, bro. You should know by now what kind of character your idol have. Floyd had arrogantly mentioned he does the offering, not Arum. And since Floyd's been the one taking long vacations and avoiding any type of negotiations only he could decide when to fight Pacquiao.

all the things that arum accuses mayweather of doing are the exact same things that arum does. and if manny is guaranteed 22 million then after toprank and his 4 company management get theirs. pac 22 million will be down to 7 million dollars. pac is stuck in a slave contract and to illiterate to recognize it.

Do you even know what you're talking about? How does anyone touch a fighter's GUARANTEE? Pacquiao is GUARANTEED 22 million, whether the PPV sells one buy or 4 million. That has NOTHING to do with any other involved entity getting paid.

It's not a question of him making it so difficult. He's making it impossible because he's not making it. I said to myself 'maybe he has some point, although I think it's baloney, on this doping drug testing.' So Manny and I discussed it. I told Manny, 'they are not going to go in your dressing room on the night of the fight, and even if they do let them take [the blood] from your ass and not from your arm. We talked and he said 'okay, no conditions, none.' And then [Mayweather] is on [television] this [past] weekend saying 'I'll fight him, take the test.' What is he saying and why doesn't the press pick him up on it? How many times do we have to say that is not an issue. It isn't an issue.

I always resist in getting into the "Who's ducking who?" and "Who's full of ****" arguments because I don't care much for ****ing my head against a brick wall, but I had to point out that Arum is talking serious bull**** in the above quote regarding blood testing. I'm surprised that no one else has pointed this out.

Regardless of who does the testing, under no circumstances whatsoever would a blood sample be drawn out of the buttocks. Yes, various substances are administered via an Intramuscular injection in the upper-outer quarter of the buttocks, but to suggest that a blood sample would be collected from there is something which I find quite strange, coming from Bob Arum, and I find it incredibly hard to believe that Arum actually believes 100% that blood samples are obtained in that way. So with this in mind, it puts a question mark over the conversation which Arum says he had with Manny regarding testing in the dressing room before the fight.

Bob clearly stated that although he doubts they will take blood from Pac the day of the fight, if they were to, they can take it from his ass! Haha.

I guess that clears up the testing debacle. Can someone please tell Floyd that testing is no longer an issue.

Pacquiao said he'd fight Floyd on Jimmy Kimmel Live -- national television! What does Floyd Mayweather do? He shoots down an appearance on George Lopez Show when the subject of Pacquiao is brought up behind the scenes. He recently says take the test, but doesn't say he would fight. There is a difference.
