Everyone ignores that and points to the notorious second round with the date and venue Bob had picked out, while giving Floyd a count down clock.

Ironically, Now Floyd is doing what Bob did the second time around. Bob does not like this... He has gone crazy to the point he can't stop talking about Floyd and even randomly brings up Morales.

At the end of the day, Floyd has thrown the ball back at team Pac with a date and venue challenge. Now we all are waiting on Pac after his fight on Saturday to say "YES, I agree to testing and yes I'm fighting Floyd Mayweather in Vegas on May 5th of 2012".

Pac will say this because he wants the fight so bad or at least that is what Bob wants everyone to think...

Pac needs to speak for himself and call Floyd out on Floyd's challnege or bluff. If Pac REALLY wants the fight, he will do it. If he doesn't do this, well we all know why.....

Even if Pac says it after Saturday's fight, you will still have another excuse to blame Pac for the fight not happening. Pac has said it in many occasions that he wants the fight. The last time he said it was on national tv just a week ago in the Jimmy Kimmel show. He even agreed to a winner take all. If you are not satisfied with that, you will never be satisfied with anything that Pac says.
You are the very definition of a Floyd fanatic.

Once again, I would just like to point out that they would never, under any circumstances, collect a blood sample from the buttocks. No matter who does the testing, USADA, WADA or Giant Baba....and that's a fact.

It makes me think that if Manny has been told that they can collect blood this way, well someone needs to tell him otherwise.

Sure, thats right, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, after being highly favored over his last 8 consecutive opponents, Pacquiao has suddenly decided to step up to the plate and fight Martinez....

..... you just keep telling yourself that

Bob announced such negotiations for TWO WHOLE WEEKS while for some weird reason, Floyd's camp were quiet.

then both ellerbe and haymon came out and said NO NEGOTIATIONS TOOK PLACE.

so its either Ross Greenberg lied about the negotiations, or both ellerbe and haymon are the liars.

              you guys decide.

and as for the current situation, according to Bob arum, testing is no longer an issue. if that's the case, why isn't floyd (who is his own boss/promoter) simply calling the Bobster's bluff and open negotiations to fight Manny?
You are an idiot kid, because you tried that rubbish about 3-4 months ago and got owned then, nothing has changed, so why try that bull**** again?

What date did Greenburg apparently start his " negotiations " ?

              May 2nd, right ?

Check out the dates on the links.....

9 days after Greenburg (apparently) started his " negotiations ", Bob Arum himself confirmed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Ellerbe confirmed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....

And yet again..... 12 days after Greenburg (apparently) started " negotiations ", Arum again confimed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Schaefer himself confimed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....

Even as late as 7 weeks after Greenburg (apparently) started his "negotiations", Bob Arum still insisted that GBP were representing Mayweather..... “ Patience, patience, patience, ” said Arum, who has been in the thick of negotiations with Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) regarding what is expected to be the richest fight in boxing history.....
              http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/293759

In fact, the first time that I can recall Greenberg even being mentioned, was during Arum's conference call.

Add to that the fact that CLEARLY Arum lied about the deadline, and the answer is plainly obvious to anyone who has not already decided that he will blindly defend Manny at all costs.

CLEARLY, Greenburg did not hold an official negotiation, and Al Haymon categorically denied that the two phone calls between him and Greenburg were part of any official negotiation..... and CLEARLY, Bob Arum lied about the deadline.

A "deadline" that Arum negotiated with GBP is about to expire.....
              http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=29293

The very next day, Arum is forced to admit that he never even spoke with GBP....

              Stop being so ******.

We will explore the fight" Seems like the only time Bob was adamant about making the fight with Floyd was when Mayweather was retired both times. Just funny to me that Pac fans say Floyd is scared of Pac but the reason this fight didn't happen years ago is because Pac went to fight Clottey instead of putting his ego aside, agreeing to Floyd's demand like Floyd did his and make the fight. Pac ducked Floyd period. How can Floyd be scared to fight Pac when Pac didn't want to fight Floyd? I'm not trying to say you are one of the guys saying that but the logic on here sometimes is unbelievably bias. I wholeheartedly think Pac would fight Floyd but Arum got plans and they are all in favor of Arum's best interest. that's just my opinion though.
                FYI

That guy is a convicted idiot GRUS, dont waste your time.

The so-called " second " negotiation myth, has been well-and-truly debunked..... it simply did not happen, just as Michael (pac-boy) Marley confirmed himself. That was a rare piece of good journalism by Marley.

The fact that Arum lied about the " deadline " categorically proves that there was no "second" round of negotiations.

Arum placed a " deadline " on an offer that he stated was forwarded to GBP..... but was then forced to admit that neither he, nor Ross Greenburg, had ever spoken with anyone from GBP...... so how is it even slightly possible for an official negotiation to have taken place whilst Arum was playing the media?

And the dates that I posted earlier clearly prove that.

Greenburg may have been left with the impression that Arum was genuine, but Honest Bob obviously was not genuine, and Greenburg can call those two phone calls whatever he likes.

                It is absurd that.....

1.) it has been categorically proven that Arum lied about the deadline, so the subject should end here, because it is impossible for an official negotiation to have taken place

2.) 6 people belonging to 3 different business organisations, 4 of whom would be ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL to making that fight happen, ALL categorically denied that an official negotiation took place.

3.) the dates that Greenburg gave have been refuted..... by BOB ARUM HIMSELF !!

And yet..... whiney ignorant fanboy kids still believe Bob "yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth" Arum

Get this..... check out the dates on the two links in the post above.

On July 16th Bob Arum stated one thing, on July 17th he stated something completely different..... good old "yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth" Arum, actually did just that, AGAIN !!

                • I just don't think Arum wants the fight to happen. I think the last thing he wants is for Floyd to win and get the last laugh. I think it's personal between him and Floyd.

I agree. Bob Arum is the only one acting like he doesn't want the fight to happen but he is not going to come out and say it because he wants to shift blame on Floyd. The closes he has come to saying that was some time ago:

"It's not so much that I give a damn whether this fight happens--I don't -- and for me it's not the greatest experience doing a promotion with Floyd Mayweather," Arum said. "But not to do this fight would slow down the momentum of boxing."

I understand that people want to be mad and blame Floyd for certain things but shouldn't disregard Bob Arum's hand in all of this back and forth nonsense regarding this fight. This is perhaps the biggest money fight to be made and Arum is dragging his feet on this. It's apparent that Arum doesn't really need or care for the money because only something personal could make him be this way. Arum stages fights because he wants the winners and losers in the fights to come out on top regardless.
