The Catchweight is not possible if the Opponents of Pacman does not agree on the weight. Boxers have all the FREEDOM to agree or not agree on the stipulated catchweight. and if BOTH fighters agreed on catchweight, then don't blame and insult one Boxer only, cos the other one agreed!

Expect a Dibella rant any second now.
I hope that Lou calls it like it is, and labels Arum a lying manipulative old ****, and then labels Pacquiao an over-rated hype-job who will not step up and fight a live opponent.

Why can't the media wise up to this **** head?

He is the biggest obstacle stopping Floyd/Manny

2 obvious reasons he won't let Martinez rehydate and he let Margarito

          1. Martinez is a far better boxer in almost every department

          2. Martinez is not under his banner

personally, IF there would be a fight between manny and martinez, i'd rather it be at 154.

at 150, even if Manny would beat him, the excuse would be martinez was drained and wasn't at his best when he fought manny.

AGREED, Weight is a big issue when Manny fights. He has an advantage when it comes to weight. Cotto and DeLaHoya should know about this. Manny fights Clottey at 147 and Cheato at 150 but forces both Cotto and DeLaHoya to fight at 145. Bob Arum is an IDIOT for even suggesting same day weight-in. So basicly Arum wants Martinez to fight Manny while he's weak and dehydrated while Manny is 100%. What a ***in joke.

You're a new poster and show that you don't know anything yet. Like the ones who just posted before you. If you'd read the article, which is a BIG if, you'd have read that when Pacquiao fought Margarito, he was trapped in a corner by a guy who weighed 20-25 lbs more than he did and was seriously hurt, taking over a month to recover. o they decided never to fight at over 147 again.

Do you find that difficult to understand?? Many seem to, so you're not alone. But you are all as ****** and as thich as a 6 inch plank.

After all, Pacquiao was a little guy 5'6" who came into the ring at 144, and was up against a seasoned multi title fighter 5 inches taller and weighing about 165-170. Why does he have to keep doing that? Arum is perfectly correct, as he usually is. He looks out for his fighter.

Are you a boxing fan or just a mindless fool who loves blood?? Go and see a vampire movie.

But lets go and make a guy train to get to a weight he hasn't been at in almost a decade, and not allow him to rehydrate a bit, and get some of his fluids back, so we can fight a corpse.
" Floyd is not the commission, he cant make up his own rules "

It looks like sexy has punked Pacquiao out, yet again.

Arum making a royal fool out of himself with this one. If Sergio rehydrates 25 lbs overnight, that's a GREAT sign for Pacquiao. Even Freddie said this before. Means Sergio didn't shed weight properly.

If there's a same day weigh in, make the fight at 160 and have Manny go after the lineal MW title, that'd be 9 division titles and 5 lineal straps. That would be the selling point of the fight and would make it worth Manny's time.

150 CW same day is just plain ******. Might as well just say 'We don't want that fight'.
