skill wise, that is! we know he's 100% heart, guts, and determination. . . with the best stamina in boxing (arguably). . . but i seriously believe he has no business in the ring with a guy like lara, and it will show. . .

I sort of agree with you but then again Margarito skill wise is no where even close to Cotto and yet look how they match up. Meldrick Taylor had much better skills than Julio Cesar Chavez. Ali had much better skills than Joe Frazier. Stamina guts and determination can take you quite far.
