Nice spin. You really didn't say much of anything here. I don't believe that he is on steroids because there is no proof that he is on steroids. None. Not even a little bit. Refusing to comply with a drug test request from someone that is in no position to demand a test is not any indication of guilt. Here, in America, we have this little thing called innocent until proven guilty. The burden, in this case, is not on Pacquiao to prove his innocence. The burden is on his accuser (in this case Mayweather Sr/Jr) to prove his guilt; which they haven't come remotely close to doing.

I have not said that Pacquiao is guilty of anything. I've simply said that he and his team's back n forth tapdancing over the drug testing issue has been su****ious. No, refusing to comply with Mayweather's request for stricter testing isn't proof of guilt, but it is su****ious behavior for someone who claims to be clean. You can't understand that because you're a Pacquiao fanboy who's main objective is to defend Pacquiao at all cost. If the situation was reversed, there's noway that I would give Mayweather a pass for ducking stricter testing against an opponent who questions whether he's clean. All of this "innoncent until proven guilty" nonsense you're talking is more evidence of your bias. If you truly belive that there must be proof that one is cheating in order to justify testing them for PEDs, then why are you ok with Pacquiao being drug tested period? Why should he even submit to the standard drug testing since there isn't any proof that he's ever used anything against the rules? That's just how ****** your stance here is. The reason that athletes are tested for PEDs in the 1st place is because you can't take someone's word as the Gospel simply because they've never been caught in a lie.
