There's no negotitations going on, just an announcement (coincidentally before a Pac fight) from Floyd's camp declaring a date and venue.

Dude is just trying to stay relevant during his time in between fights.

Bob brought up floyd earlier saying he was scared so its not like floyd shouldn't have responded.

Most people complain floyd comes back after manny is signed to fight another opponent. This is good. Now larry can ask manny directly about fighting floyd after he beats JMM.

Manny can say, yes to testing and I will fight floyd. Real easy.

The funny thing is that the other day Bob Arum said that Floyd Mayweather Jr didn't want to fight Manny Pacquiao at all because Floyd is scared of Pac's right hand but now he is like "It doesn't make sense".

I have no problem with securing a venue and a date. But, seeing other sites is a smart thing to do.

Just because a venue is secured still doesn't mean that they can't go around looking at other places.

So I don't know why Arum is upset about. Or maybe he thinks that the other side won't look at other sites because of GBP and MGM being in bed together.
