Fact of the matter is that Bob Arum decides who fights Pac and I think that shouldn't be debated at all. Floyd can say he wants to fight Manny all day, everday but if it is not in Bob's best interest or on his radar, then the fight is not happening plain and simple. I don't think you have to be a nuthugging ***** to have figured that out by now. Bob Arum gets Pac's fights while he is training for fights so if Bob wanted Floyd then you can bet that Fight with Floyd would happen. Not trying to get caught up in this again but I think at this point everyone should be seeing this for what it is and it is nothing but a power struggle and people cashing in on their investments. Strictly business. Timothy Bradley is there for Manny Pacquiao.

You guys are missing the point. Bob Arum made the failed Mayweather count down clock. This is right in line with that, HOWEVER this will get EVERYONE's attention on a serious note. Why? Because Pac publically signed a legal document of agreeing to testing. The one single demand made by Mayweather. If that is officially met, Floyd would have to come out.

Again, its the same publicity stunt Bob did with the clock but this would get Mayweather's attention. Good publicity, and Pac looks like the better man all along.

Wess, all Pac has to do is say to Mayweather's face that he wants to fight him. That to me would be better than signing a piece of paper unless it's the actual contract. There are so many ways Pac can do it but fact of the matter is that Bob handles all of Pac's business. Even the people working for Pac answers to Arum. All attention is on Pac and Floyd for years and the only thing that would make this fight officially on is if both sign the contract to fight each other. End of story.

floyd is in hybenating mode again after the ortiz fight and after his last stetement that he never say he will fight pac next. I think arum can not wait for floyd thus having alternative fight opponents for his cash cow after nov 12.

This would be a great intro... testing is in fact what held up the fight. Pac signing to test would show Pac as the better man and what better way to open up 24/7 than showing pac doing so...

i want to make clear that I have no idea who would win if they fought. I am a Mayweather fan but i respect Manny's skills. That being said, that countdown for signing that contract was BS and everyone knows it. at the time, Mayweather already made it clear that he wouldn't make a decision until he knew what would happen to Roger Mayweather and even Arum said he understood. Sometime later, Arum puts out a countdown for Mayweather signature. It was BSing on Arums part. Again, I'm not taking Mayweather's side on this but everything these mother****ers (Manny and Mayweather) do is BS. Haye and Klitschko finally stopped BSing and fought, i just hope these a holes do the same.

The CW makes all the difference , losing speed is a big handicap for JMMs style , but Roach knew that and so do many others , he wont be shutting up many critics at all because the majority know its another set up fight to advantage Pac .

I don't believe Manny will KO JMM early because Pac is not a 1 punch KO fighter with exception to Hatton AND when has Marquez ever been knocked out early or in general. I believe Pac can win but I think people are down playing JMM considering Marquez was Pac's toughest fights to date in the first fight and years later in the rematch. I say the second fight was more of a win for Marquez then the first so why are so many saying Marquez is old? He has had the better comp since he last fought Pac. Eventhough Pac fought at the higher weight class longer, Manny still hasn't had a fighter that can give him a competitive fight and Juan Manuel Marquez can. This fight can go either way but I'm not going to cosign Pac KO'n Marquez considering he could not do it in 2 fights years apart with 4 kd's in total. Marquez is a very good technical boxer and if he can fight smart and not get lured into Pac's fight then I see another close fight.
