Stop making dumbass comments about the other guy needs me more than i need him. i mean, this **** really isn't that hard. Write up a contract with testing stipulations and whoever signs it is serious.
The ball is in Mayweather's court for that. Pacquiao and Top Rank recently made it clear they would try to make a fight with Mayweather. Testing is not the issue. Why? Where the hell is Floyd after his PPV? Mayweather needs to do something in response. There's simply no response.

Don't tell me its in Mayweather's court. I'm not taking Mayweather's side on this because he needs to man up also but Manny making comments to a reporter doesn't mean **** if he doesn't back it up in writing.

All i can say is this....Manny better get the KO on Marquez because all this talk about how much better a fighter Manny is now than when they fought the first two times is not going to matter in this fight mark my words.

Pacquiao isn't the most disciplined boxer and all that strategy will go out the window because of how the two match up style wise.Marquez will get Manny out of his game just like the first two fights, then it will be a battle of wills.

Pacquiao is a more complete fighter now,but that has showed up against opponents not named JMM.What i see as a real advantage is how Manny is now a real welterweight and how he holds the weight keeping all his speed and brings even more power.Thats the real advantage.

My prediction is another brutal battle and a close fight with knockdowns and the whole sha-****!.

          A Pac-Man blow out?I think not.

The CW makes all the difference , losing speed is a big handicap for JMMs style , but Roach knew that and so do many others , he wont be shutting up many critics at all because the majority know its another set up fight to advantage Pac .

As i said earlier, this was already done last year.

Arum gave mayweather 2 weeks to sign the contract. If there was a testing problem, he could have just said in those 2 weeks that this contract is useless as it doesn't meet his testing standard.

Chances are that it did in fact meet what he publicly demanded. And the only way out was to

              1) deny negotiations took place

              then

              2) go on vacation.

This is where Pac signs a legal document stating he fully agrees to 100% random blood testing. The media and fans would be present as he puts ink to paper. Millions of million of millions of pictures would be taken of him and the signed document.

Interviews will he given and at the end of the day, that one simple signed document would be put in the mail and sent to Mayweather. It would be REALLY easy to do. Just about as easy as Bob made that joke of a count down clock......

If that happened, the ball would officially be in Mayweather's court as talking don't mean anything from Pac and Bob about testing. Hell they can't even get the stories right on agreeing or not agreeing. If Bob wanted to make the fight, this is what he would do. That or tell Mayweather to meet for a conference as they would sign right then stating Pac agrees to testing right in front of Floyd Mayweather himself. (Intro to 24/7???)

If either situation takes place, Floyd would have no excuse(s), nothing to say besides I bytch out or lets fight. Until then, Pac and Bob have to prove they agree as saying "it's not an issue" is not agreeing but clearly saying its not an issue because Tim Bradley is next, Victor Ortiz is next, Khan is next, Cotto II is next, Rios is next, etc etc etc... no issue because no fight. Hell just the other day bob said it wouldnt't happen and blaims Mayweather... Bob is still pissed he's not making money or able to steal money from Floyd. Floyd got the best of him and Bob's pissed.

People are giving Floyd too much credit to think that he could stop Bob Arum from doing something he has done for 50 years, which is make fights. If Bob wants the fight, he WILL make the fight. Especially with a guy he promotes and another guy he used to promote and claims is the best thing since Ali. Bob knows boxing and knows what he is talking about. When he is ready he will make it happen. Or should we just say Bob is liar?

Eitherway Pac hasn't done anything to prove he wants to test. Signing a legal document couldn't be any more clearer. They already "agree" right? Why not make it offical? I'm sure Bob knows that as he's the expert...

This is truly one of the ******est things I have read on here. The testing procedure will be stipulated in the fight contract you fucking idiot. What, you think he is going to get a seperate document up before a contract has even been discussed?

Where the hell do you come up with this crap? He has been saying the testing isnt a problem for the longest time now, but thats not enough for you ******s, you actually want him to get a special document drawn up just to satisfy a bunch of uneducated window licking *****'s.

I don't believe Manny will KO JMM early because Pac is not a 1 punch KO fighter with exception to Hatton AND when has Marquez ever been knocked out early or in general. I believe Pac can win but I think people are down playing JMM considering Marquez was Pac's toughest fights to date in the first fight and years later in the rematch. I say the second fight was more of a win for Marquez then the first so why are so many saying Marquez is old? He has had the better comp since he last fought Pac. Eventhough Pac fought at the higher weight class longer, Manny still hasn't had a fighter that can give him a competitive fight and Juan Manuel Marquez can. This fight can go either way but I'm not going to cosign Pac KO'n Marquez considering he could not do it in 2 fights years apart with 4 kd's in total. Marquez is a very good technical boxer and if he can fight smart and not get lured into Pac's fight then I see another close fight.
