We are on page 18 and he still doesnt see that simpler and far more logical solution.

    • This is simple. People make this out to be like the theory of relativity or something. If Pacquiao really wants this fight as bad as they make it to be, then ne needs to do this. Go out there, KO Juan Manuel Marquez, and call Floyd out straight up like a man during the post fight interview. The whole world is watching the post fight interviews. What better place to agree to the testing (verbally) than on that platform. Agree to it verbally and follow through by putting pen to paper. Freddie Roach is worried about Marquez huh? How much more worried do you think he is now that Marquez has a former PED dealing in his camp as his S&C coach? Will he whine like a ***** and ask for some kind of random, non-commission based test like he did before the ring walk on Nov. 13th of last year?

So I guess we just keep waiting then?

It's not unknown by anyone that I have said when Bob wants the fight he will make it. Which is exactly what your stating and I get that.

My proposal is along the lines of how Bob was so serious to make the fight (cough cough) that he made a count down clock. This is the same concept/publicity stunt but with a signed document agreeing to the one demand Floyd made. It easily ends the he said she said about testing.

Do people not agree with this stunt as they know Bob is not serious in making the fight? If they agreed to that, then their argument against my proposal would make sense.

Like I have said for years, Bob is the one who will make or break this fight. When he is ready he will make it happen just like he has done for 50 years. Floyd's not that good and people give him too much credit to think he is stopping Bob Arum from doing his job.

The logical solution that has worked so perfectly for the last 2 years?

This proposal ends the he said she said about testing. The major issue with this fight. How hard is that for you to grasp? Have you realized that Bob is not willing to make the fight? Or is it that you don't believe Pac has agreed to the testing hence your argument against this concept?

Bob already went out of his way to make a count down clock. If he is so serious like he was then, he could do it again but this time hammer the one single issue that has stopped this fight from taking place. Testing.

The bottom line is, we have one half-arsed unsubstantiated comment from Arum, that Pacquiao appears to be running with, and a HUGE pile of evidence which indicates that testing is still the major holdup for that fight..... including recent comments from both Freddie Roach and Alex Ariza.

Anyway, fkn hard luck for Pacquiao.

Honestly, what sort of response did he expect after walking away from his career-best payday by refusing random blood tests?

In fact, *** PACQUIAO, because Freddie Roach admitted back in Jan 2010 that people would naturally find Manny's refusal to undertake drug testing su****ious, so what could he honestly expect?

The onus is now on Manny to prove that he is clean.

Unless he undertakes full random testing before he retires, then he will always be pacroid to me, and I will always regard him as a fraud.

If he takes the test and fights Mayweather, the results come back clean, and Manny performs to his usual standard - regardless of the result - I will respect him for it and he will grow in my estimation by blowing some clouds away that have been hanging over his career since the Diaz fight.

            Take the test Manny !!

One more thing, *** Bob " lying old **** " Arum.

That old shyster has made an art-form out of lying through his arse, everybody knows it, even his close friends and colleagues. So *** Bob "yesterday I was lying, today I am telling the truth" Arum for crying that nobody believes the latest round of pac-bull****.

            " USADA are corrupt ".

            Really ?

GTFOH Arum, you lying old ****.

The onus is on those known-liars to prove themselves..... we boxing fans are under no compulsion whatsoever to believe a single thing they say.

In light of the situation that I have outlined above, I agree with your point, regardless as to how unlikely it is to actually happen, because Arum would need to genuinely want that fight to happen in order to make any type of commitment, and he aint ready to feed Pac to Mayweather just yet.

            • This video has been posted so many times before, but apparently a lot of people are still not paying attention. Watch and listen carefully to what Koncz said at 1:45.
He said, "actually, we offered to test on the day of the fight, but the commission said no. It is not sterile in the facilities...".

              http://********/2wWLodx9b3s

This can not be a lie since Koncz clearly cited the commission as the decider on the matter. This also explains Pac's earlier statement where he said that Floyd is not the commission and Floyd cannot make his own rules.
Until now, Floyd has not made any indication that he is abiding by this decision. We can only conclude that he wants to avoid Pac at all cost.

Pacquiao would never have fought prime Cotto, he didnt even want none of the 147lb, well-faded, version..... he needed the 145lb, well-faded, version, or he flatly refused to fight him.

Ask me for a link proving that, I dare ya
