I watched the first Peter-Toney fight the other day.

Peter clearly won the fight, he outworked Toney, bullied him, landed the much harder punches and had Toney badly hurt several times, the ropes saved Toney from going down. Peter walked through Toney's best punches and never flinched. It wasn't a robbery, you Toney nuthuggers need to stop crying.

Peter was 10 lbs lighter for the rematch, Toney weighed the same in both fights, but he trained harder for the rematch and worked with the Taebo guy Billy Blanks. Listen to the commentators at the beginning of the Peter-Toney II video I posted.

Peter won a well deserved decision in the first fight and completely dominated Toney in the rematch.
