It's a win, win situation for Arum; he has options against Khan, Pac (potentially), Mayweather, Ortiz, etc. The easiest way to start is to put on a major PPV card, if he looks good, then the buzz starts to build for a Pac-Bradley fight. He can do it for another PPV or so, even if he doesn't have any intention of matching the 2 guys, the public is none the wiser and the anticipation grows.
He floats the idea around a few times, then has Tim start showcasing his own PPV's.................BAM....another PPV star built basically off the hope that he is going to fight another PPV star out there............sounds kind of like what he has done with Pac.........has worked out pretty good for him I'd say.
