Yup. ShoBox has also had some great fights recently.

I think it's been a great year overall, but it has been a very strange year for the big events.

I hope Pacquiao vs JMM and Cotto vs Margarito would redeem them all.

Cant forget both of Khan's fights this year. IMO they were both pretty disappointing. Hopefully Khan-Peterson is good

Bradley vs. Alexander was a big fight. Two kings of their division, both champions, both undefeated. But in the end, it was a lackluster fight.

It's been a hard year for us boxing fans.

But on paper, we have three fights coming up that should be wars and guaranteed fireworks (I hope).

              Kirkland - Angulo
              Pacquiao - Marquez III
              Cotto - Margarito II

I think we should at least get one great fight out of those.

Yup, and not to mention Sergio Martinez had a lackluster year after storming the scene last year.

Not even close to being a big fight Bradley is a marginal talent/overachiever and Alexander is a mediocre fighter and proved that against Kotelnik

Still got Froch vs Ward and a number of other good fights.

And there were plenty of good smaller fights such as:

                    Ortiz vs Berto

Brandon Rios vs Miguel Acosta & Antillon

                    Pawel Wolak vs Delvin Rodriguez

                    Hopkins vs Pascal II

                    Felix Sturm vs Matthew Macklin

Jorge Arce vs Wilfredo Vazquez Jr

                    Lopez vs Salido

                    Robert Guerrero vs Michael Katsidis

                    Marquez vs Concepcion

                    etc
Agreed. Great fights that were exciting to watch. Katsidis yelling, "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!", before getting spanked by Guerrero was classic.

I agree. However the smaller aka hardcore fans fights have delivered.

Hopefully we end up on a positive note for the big fights with the next two PPVs.
