Absolutely man, Arum is preparing the groundwork so that he can name the manny-cow's next opponent without even looking at Mayweather.

Also, if Mayweather/Pacquiao enter into negotiations, Manny will be forced to address the testing issue before the negotiations even get off the ground..... and for some reason, Pac shrivels up, his English vocabulary disappears, and he turns into a stuttering mess whenever he is asked about steroids.

They clearly dont want none of Mayweather, and they clearly dont want no steroid testing.

Mayweather said he asked to fight Cotto in 2005 when Cotto was a champion. And the Margarito fight Mayweather didnt take it so he can buy out Arum and get out of that contract. Seem like he wasnt ducking to me cause now he is his own man and Pac is on-again/off-again broke and getting robbed blind.

Floyd fans need to STFU if Floyd doesnt even call up Team Pac or Arum after the JMM fight.

Pac has already said he's not into sniffing Floyd's butt and chasing him. They have publically stated that the testing is not a problem. If that's not the case, it will give Floyd the perfect opportunity to call them out on it.
