Even though this is just another Arum lie, I would seriously fear for my life if I were Mayweather fighting in Singapore (a much closer destination for Pacquiao's Filipino fanbase). Even in the United States Floyd should have serious concerns for his and his family's safety if he ever would defeat Manny Pacquiao. The hatred Pacquiao fans have for Mayweather has reached such insane heights mixed with the passion and obsessiveness of his fanbase make for a very dangerous combination.

Just based on the animosity you see around the internet regarding anything negative about Pacquiao, a loss to Mayweather would certainly make some of his overly devoted fans go off the deep end.
