What I posted is an clear example that the Mayweather camp was the side pushing the fight forward, and clearly by that article Arum wouldn't be flying to the Phillipines unless he had a signed contract by Mayweather only needing Mannys signature.

Manny and Arum have refuted several statements suggesting they signed to fight Floyd in the past, and to this day have never suggested they will.

I get it, your response for every single statement made in favor of Mayweather's position is to say "Floyds is just ducking and lying", when anyone with reading comprehension who clicked on the link I provided, can reasonably see that Floyd,Arum, and Schafer were all in agreement, the paper work was completed, and the only thing left was Manny's signature on the dotted line, hence the flight to the Philippines.
