As for Buddy, nice guy, good Canadian, but he's got a black cloud over his head and everybody knows it.

Toney likely will get hurt but so will Lebedev, even at 43 Toney probably TBFH has THE best chin in boxing! His chin is granite & Lebedev has done **** but knock out guys with ZERO punch resistance.

    He's knocking nothing out!

You'd be a fool not to put a few quid on this one!

He is actually looking like crap. Lazy boy punches.

Combined with the fact that he is Punch drunk, 43 years old, and will be fighting at a weight that he hasn't fought at in years, and may end up being drained like Oscar, I predict that Lebedev outworks him by UD.

Toney will shoulder roll and survive, take a few and give one back here and there, but he will be low on activity and there other guy will just stay busy and bloody him up.
Would you truely believe that they would sit there and rehearsh their entire fight plan for you. James was just playin' warming up. I remember this boxing game that I had as a kid, 2 little wind up boxers that walk forward throwing one hand after the other rythme with his feet. It was neat for awhile but it was basic, very basic. Ledbedev is similar in style to my little wind up boxers, he is so extremely basic. Toney will shoulder roll Lebedev up and down the street with counter right hands and mean hooks to Lebedevs ribs. It won't last long if Lebedev tries to force him back.

The very reason I walked away. But boxing should never be banned..........Rockin'

Unfortunately you could be right on some matters concerning Toney. The man is light years ahead of Lebedev in skill, unfortunately to aquire such skill lightyears become full careers. My only question is can James fight out a hard 12 rounder, I do not think that he could. If Ledbedev comes after James like one of my little wind up boxers than Lebedev will be hurt badly. If James doesn't stop Lebedev than Lebedev will stop James.............Rockin'

If Sam Peter can't knock toney out than lebedev can't. I see toney beating the breaks off this joker wide UD.

The only way IMO Lebedev wins this is some bull**** decision. I'd be surprised if Toney didn't knock his ass out.

Now you ask, well who has Toney knocked out lately?

An awfully out of shape & unmotivated Toney knocked out tough H/W Greer & Rahman but it was changed to a N/C

Both guys are bigger, faster, stronger, more skillful than Lebedev.

He also was 257lbs vs Reed & he shut him out completely.

An in shape Toney is pulverising Lebedev, sorry, but he is! Call them B/C level H/W's, I'd pick a B/C level heavy over a B level cruiser any day of the weak, twice on sunday.
OK, stop. Greer is a JOKE. He is a human punch bag. I saw his last fight with Boytsov. Boytsov might as well have fought an actual punch bag. A win over him means little or nothing at all. Greer looks like he has never trained a day in his life -- like he walks out of the corner pub and into the arena to fight.

I saw the Toney - Rahman rematch. Toney looked decent, Rahman looked awful, Rahman got a little cut and quit. The cut was fine 5 minutes after the fight was called. But it was hardly a great outing for Toney.

I could probably shut out Damon Reed. Deontay Wilder KO'd him in two rounds.

You are guilty of hyperbole when it comes to Toney's recent outings, and of bias against Lebedev. Lebedev looked fine against Marco Huck, destroyed Enzo, and closed the show against RJJ. And youth and fighting at home are BIG plusses.

Toney has looked bad in his last 2 outings, that's clear, and he was fighting bums

but he was also very fat, out of shape, .... so seeing a Toney looking like he is somewhere between 200-220 lbs is very interesting, because that Toney can move, he isn't out of balance, he's fast

the real question about this fight : how will Toney perform now that he is slimmer? I believe he'll do well

Or he'll do as well as Chris Byrd did when he lost a bunch of weight. Toney is contracted to fight at 200 pounds, so that's 57 pounds down from his last fight.

Massively agree. Scratching my head thinking how a fighter who follows the Sven Ottke script have any fans?! Dude's a bum.
