But the big thing your argument fails to mention is that in boxing, specially with popular boxers, their next fight is not determined a year in-advance.
Can Sergio Martinez be subjected to random testing just for a Floyd fight that has yet to be signed? Floyd or any prize fighter would have to sign fights 1-2 years in-advance for the year round random blood testing to actually happen. That simply is not going to happen in a sport where the next fight is determined by today's performance. It is completely unlike other sports where scheduling is determined well, well in-advance.
The only way full year testing can be done is if NSAC either implements such a system themselves, or hires USADA to do it for fighters all across the board. But NSAC is on record stating that they cannot do such testing since they just do not have the resources to do so.
back to the thread, pac in effect is telling the world he wants the floyd fight....
for the fans and for the money, no doubt.....
and some people here again jumped to the ost issue....
the point is, what is floyd's response on such pac's statement...
after floyd's pac you're next bravado, he is so silent nowadays...

Pac has fought big names at the LWW and WW division, Zahir would of done nothing to Pacs resume with the accomplishments Pac has done today..
Sure Pac could of stayed at LW and dominate but a BIG MONEY opportunity that excelled Pacquiaos name came about against a fight with DLH who literally 90percent of the boxing community and people on these boards had DLH winning..
Forget Zahir Raheem, Pacs choice in DLH and their on were the perfect opponents for Pac to get to where he is today..
and please dont say Pac ducked Joan Guzman.. Where is he today? Thats right, rebuilding a career that went down under..
You are WRONG. Pac should have fought the champ at the time, zahir raheem after the morales upset. The kid was pretty damn good to dominate morales. Doesnt matter where is at now, at the time he was the champ. So calm down with the ego trip son.

but this is pointless banter, the fight not happening has nothing to do with drug testing, this is just something they wanna make the naive ignorant fans believe. the fight hasn't happened yet because of money and risk.

Both deserve the blame. Both are just totally fine with ducking each other(yes Floyd is ducking Pac and Pac is ducking Floyd). Both are totally fine with fighting lesser fighters while making millions. While their ****** gullible fan base eat up everything they say.
