Personally, I don't know how to feel about Pac's latest "agreement" to the OST. Yes, he's said that he would agree to the testing in full. But, training in the Phillipines means he'll avoid USADA for probably the first month of his camp. I know WADA will approve a clinic over there to conduct his testing. But, personally I wouldn't be at all trusting of a Filipino clinic conducting his testing without bias. So even though he's technically agreed. If I were Mayweather and truly felt Pac was doing something illegal, I wouldn't be at all comfortable about a Filipino being in charge of the testing for any period of time. I'm just sayin'.

Floyd is a big hypocrite. He said he want to clean up sport. Floyd you take numb shots in your hands that you only can take in Vegas. Floyd don't wont to fight nowhere but vegas because it's illegal everywhere else. He aint fooling nobody but the people that don't know him. That's cheating if you don't feel nothing in your hands when you boxing. Floyd will always make up some excuse to make Pacquiao the one that don't want to do something to make the fight. my head hurts from all this. to my understanding, pac has agreed to the testing. though i cannot say to what extent; whether or not he will concede to random testing with no window.

all i do know is that floyd has openly said, "testing is no longer an issue." anything after that instance i cannot confirm, other than floyd saying pac is next. then to come out days later retracting that statement.

i speculate the fight will happen, but both fighters will be well out of their primes. better late than never i guess.

as far as their next respective fights, not many options. i dont think bradley gets pac yet. khan's "not ready" for floyd yet. maybe one fights berto??

I don't have a problem with Pac training in his homeland. Its what he has done for several of his most recent fights. Just like I don't have a problem with Mayweather asking for extra testing, because he now has set a precedent. All I'm saying that if Mayweather's su****ions are are genuine, a Filipino lab conducting Pac's testing isn't gonna eerase them ya know.

Floyd has tried every excuse in the book to try and duck Pacquiao. Once the drug testing failed because Pac even said he would take the test before, during and after the fight, floyd started committing felonies to try and get locked up to avoid fighting Pac.

Its gotten to the point that floyd is so scared of Pac that hes willing to give up millions in lawyer fees/potential fight revenue and his freedom for years to avoid fighting Pacquiao. Its pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

hey jason, you need to get your facts straight. lidocain is not illegal in ANY state. that is a rumor *******s started to discredit floyd. the reason he fights in vegas is, he gets a percentage of EVERYthing sold during the fight. popcorn memorabilia , every thing. he has the sweetest deal in boxing. thats why he makes 60-70million per fight. the man is a genius. and as far as playing it safe, look at the wt classes pac was in and you will see PLENTY of fighters he flat out ducked. with floyd you can only name a few top rank fighters. but with pac you can name a lot of fighters he ran from. floyd fought some fights where he was the under dog. pac has not fought any one where he was the under dog. so in your opinion he is not great?

Wouldn't say Pac ran from anyone. But, there's certainly credible fighters he missed on his way to superstardom. Same can be said about Mayweather. IMO, when you fight in as many divisions as both have, you can't fight everyone. That's why I feel the whole cherry picker label both seem to have is unfair. Both took the right fight at the right time. If they can't get together, Martinez is the right fight. One needs to step up.
