Oh please Manny_P. That's a ludicrious statement. Let me explain why.

For the first 5 rounds Wladimir put on a beating on Brewster. Brewster was tough, overcame adversity and knocked out Wlad who had punched himself out. Boxing is 90% mental and fighters just dont forget beating that happens to them wether it be in sparring or professional or even the amateurs.

Like in the Peter fight, Wladimir will neutralize the left hook, he did it with Peter so why can't he do it with Brewster. Wlad's team recognized Peter's money punch as the left hook so his guard was ALWAYS up even when he was tired. Wlad will go his slow pace once again on Brewster and use his skillful clinching like the great Lennox Lewis did.

Wlad will sap Brewster's energy while jabbing and throwing quick, effective 1-2's. I don't see the fight lasting longer then 8 rounds to be honest.

Wlad is talented, and showed his skills when he fought Peter. He showed he can take a decent punch, he showed he still lacks a little bit of stamina, he showed he throws a good punch, he showed he has heart, and he showed he has good defence.

Brewster was getting pummeled by Krasniqi until Krasniqi went toe to toe with him and Brewster knocked him out. If you go toe to toe with Brewster you lose automatically. He has the left hook in the business.

Wlad will win this fight, I promise you.

I think this article has been produced in light of Wlad's win over Peter. Now people are trying to make excuses and find some reason as to why Wlad lost. Never mind Brewster knocked him out, according to the Wlad nut huggers there has to be something wrong for Brewster to win.
Its plain to me though. I hve seen the fight many times and i can tell you Brewster won, Wlad lost. Wlad may have punched himself out but thats because Brewster refused to be knocked out. Wlad lost heart when he threw his best stuff and Brewster kept coming after him. I think he mentally gave up because he had tried his best and it hadn't worked. Thats the big deal. Not dodgy trainers, Don King nor illness. Wlad didn't like Brewster standing up for himself, and Wlad expressed this by the result of the fight!

hate to disappoint you but not everyone on this site that thinks something was wrong with wlad is a nuthugger. there's plenty of boxing people fans and non fans that share the same opinion

Brewster is NOW AWARE of Wlad's tactics of hugging opponents cuz he'see th Wlad vs Pete fight. . He will ovapowa Wlad and not let him hug him like Wlad did to Peter. Brewster KO Wlad round 1, maybe 2.

lol,,,he didnt hold in the first fight and gave brewster a severe beating. what the hell would make him hold this time. obviously he's going to be in better shape and be more wary of his surroundings in the rematch,,,,so I doubt very much he'll wear out like last time
