Hahaha! WBC and Sulaiman strip Chavez's belt? Ya right! Sulaiman is such a Chavez Jr and Fraudnello nuthugger its not gna happen! Martinez will destroy El Gordo ! Martinez shld stop wanting to fight Floyd though! He's just too big for Floys! But! Floyd will beat his ass too at a catchweight which is ****** also! Floyd isn't Barker, he will play defense on u yet strike at will! Kid is too freakin good! Especially with the way Martinez drops his hands , Floyd will connect with those right hand like he did to Ortiz! But Martinz is a freak of nature in athlete form! So it will be a great fight!

        1. Why Floyd aint fighting Maravilla at 160? or even at dehydrated catchweight of 154?

        2. Amir Khan?

        3. Manny Pacquiao?

Instead, he'll fight the quitter Ortiz...

A very reliable source stated that the PPV sold for the Mayweather/Ortiz fight was at a mere 500K buys. That is a record low for a well hyped fight.
You're a moron man. HBO and Golden Boy have both said the fight did over 1 million PPV's, but not the 1.4 million that Mayweather did with Mosley. If Mayweather did over 1 million PPV's with Ortiz, a really good fighter, but no way is he a PPV star AT ALL.

Also, Sergio started the "rumor" himself by saying that neogtiations with Mayweather are in advanced stages and that we should expect an announcement in a few weeks. Kinda like how Ortiz was just a "rumor" in May, and the fight was signed the first week of June.

Also, why isn't your boy Manny agreeing to fight Martinez at 150, the weight he demanded, to which Sergio agreed a few weeks ago???

If Mayweather or Pac fight Sergio at 150, they get less credit from me. Still a really good win, puts either one ahead of the other, but not great. If it's anywhere from 152-156, it's a great win. Martinez only weighs in 158-159, and comes in on fight night at about 164 or so. If he goes down to 152-156, he's only going down a few lbs, while the other is coming up a few lbs. Martinez would still come into the fight over 160, no doubt. If Floyd fights Martinez, none of you Pac lovers or Floyd haters can say s**t, I am sorry, but you can't.

Khan himself said Mayweather and he will fight in 2012.

Martinez started the "rumor", kinda like the Ortiz fight right??? 160??? So, you want Floyd to go up 13 lbs and have Martinez stay right at 160??? If I remember correctly, Pacquiao said he'd fight Sergio at 150, to which Sergio agreed, and than what?????? Not a word from Pac, Arum, or Roach.

Also, Pac still hasn't agreed to go under random drug testing up until fight day. Ariza and Koncz confirmed this. Ariza said "We will continue doing the tests provided by the state boxing commissions". Why not just sign the contract that says you'll do random testing up until fight day and prove you're all good and real??? Also, Koncz even said that Manny has never agreed to do any testing within 14 days, why???

He fought Ortiz, 24, in his prime, coming off wins, weighed 164 lbs on fight night, and handled him with ease. He out landed him 3 to 1, and even out worked him in punch count, something Floyd rarely does.

Why didn't Pacquiao fight Ortiz after the Berto win??? Victor came out and said he wanted a fight with Pacquiao next, to which Pacquiao than agreed to fight Marquez at 144, 2 years after Floyd dominated him there. Why not fight Ortiz, who established himself at 147 after dethroning Berto???

If the fight sold 1.1 million PPV's, how is that not a success??? Everyone knows promoters NEVER say what the fight is really going to sell.

The fact is, Mayweather sold over 1 million PPV's with Ortiz. Ortiz is a really good fighter, in his prime, coming off wins, but by no means is he a PPV star. If Mayweather-Ortiz sold 1.1 million PPV's, that's really great, considering Ortiz has never been a PPV star at all, not even close.

People have to remember that only a handful of fighters have even sold over 1 million PPV's. Mayweather-Marquez sold 1 million PPV's and thatw as a tremendous success, especially since Marquez' fights with Pac only sold half a million or so. Oscar De La Hoya, the biggest PPV star of all-time so far, only sold over 1 million PPV's 4 times, and 2 of them were with Floyd and Manny.

If Mayweather-Ortiz did the 1.1 million, than Floyd already has done over 1 million PPV's 4 times (De La Hoya, Marquez, Mosley, and Ortiz).

1.1 million PPV's with Ortiz is really great.

Like I said before, I won't believe it till Floyd says something. And apparently it was nothing but a rumor supposedly.
