  • Rewatched Mayweather Marquez

I gotta say, Mayweather is incredible. He just does whatever he wants, when he wants and he makes all the rules in the fight. He completely breaks down his opponent physically and mentally..

Nobody is faster than him physically and mentally, and the things he pulls off in that ring are legendary.

Honestly I think he can beat Sergio and Pac.

I don't like him, but I still think he can beat Pac.

In round 2 marquez hurt him with a right hand and floyd just shook it off and landed 5 consecutive and identical left hooks.

It's like he's saying you know what, it doesn't matter what do you do because I can hit you whenever I want with whatever punch I want and there's nothing you can do about it.

He plays so many mind games in that ring and he wins all of them because he's so masterful at what he does.

He even faked a rib injury for the original date of sometime around June so they could get the Mexican Independence date of September of that year; e.g. Greater ppv sales. Considering this later date placed him at almost 2 solid years out of the ring, post Hatton (no pun intended Ricky lol), I would also say that the man pretty much makes the rules out of the ring as well. My only complaint was his pompous approach to the weigh-in with being 2 lbs over...but as far as having the single most polished skill sets and IQ's since Leonard, yeah Lil Floyd got those assets covered in the ring...leaps & bounds over any other fighter of the last 20 years (sorry Sweet Pea but this dude's better).

Made Marquez blow up 12 pounds of fat and then cheated hims on the scales by 2 pounds. Everyone doesn't talk about this fight because it was regarded as non legit by the entire boxing world.
