if he would just go back to the basics, box more, be more patient and the knock outs will come naturally.

i think juanma still has it in him to be the next PR star, the question is will he choose the right path?
Even if he went back to basics that chin is easy to crack that even Mike Oliver hurt him in his last fight and Oliver has a KO % of 27. I still have hopes for juanma but I am not sure anymore if he has it in him offcourse all can change with one fight but he needs to hire a veteran trainer like a Freddie Roach if he really wants to go back to being a big time force in Boxing.

      No.

Not unless he gets back to boxing instead of swinging bombs as soon as the bell starts.

He also has to work very hard on his defence, footwork, etc.

Its a combination of things if you ask me.In and out of the ring, the popularity. Its almost like juanma had primed against de leon and hasn't looked quite the same.

Also, something's gotten in his head. Lopez doesn't smile anymore. He used to sport that big ol' grin. It could be that he just wants to be more "businesslike", but I get the feeling that it's something else. I think JuanMa feels somewhat disillusioned by his fans, like he's been abandoned after his first loss.

                  no

i think he's on the downside

he doesnt have the style for bigger men

and can only make 126 for another fight or two at the most

he's also a smaller guy getting old with a style that has seen him take a lot of punches

He already lost to a mexican, so even if he beats Gamboa, Bradley and Pacquiao, he wont be looked as an icon no more.
