i'm talking about the calling-out part not who is and who is not proven. dibella is acting like they're not doing the things pirog is doing trying to chase the big money fight. what do you think is the reason martinez is calling out smaller fighters but who are much more popular than him and have done greater things than him? money and recognition right? same thing with pirog...so what is martinez team's problem if somebody calls him out?

and by the way, even if martinez is no. 3 p4p, his boxing credentials still pales in comparison to floyd and pac. same with pirog if you compare him with martinez. and so is dzinziruk and barker...the only difference is they got the chance to fight martinez.

I am tired of this Pirog-Martinez debate.Pirog is ranked number seven in the world, if Martinez doesn't want to fight him so be it. 3 million is not enough for Martinez to go to Russia. Martinez does not win a decision in Russia. So, Martinez would basically be selling his belt for 3 million. That's not enough.

If there is any fighter out there boxing fans should be demanding is a fight Felix Sturm, who the number 2 ranked fighter in the division, and has been a top 10 middle weight for 10 years. Not a fighter ranked 7th in the world and whose claim to fame is beating Danny Jacobs.

If Sergio fights him in the US, great, if he doesn't, oh well. That's like saying Manny or Floyd Mayweather is ducking the number 7th ranked fighter at welter weight.

Sturm isn't fighting Martinez or Pirog or Golovkin or anybody else with a pulse. Hell, he took a big chance fighting Macklin and the judges had to save his title. He's done taking "risks." It is not even worth talking about.
