I don't know about that but I do know Trevor Berbick would claim he would brake all the ribs in Vitali's body after calling his girlfriend a call girl, then a short while later be crying to the camera saying "everybody saw it Vitali kicked and punched me"

Actually on second thought Vitali probably wouldn't do anything about that

The results of this post go a long way toward helping one understand the actual number of members who know anything about boxing and combat sports in general. (not very many)

Or maybe it just says how many Klitschko haters there are. Can't say I blame them.

Lol, okay. He sure wanted a Lennox rematch.

Lennox does rematches......when Vitali is not involved........even for 20+ million.

Shouldn't vitali fight Byrd 1st, then get his rematch with Lennox? Pele, Byrd, Lennox then retire.

            Oh this is serious alright.

It would be an interesting fight Larry Holmes has a great jab and Vitali has quality skills, both are big guys with Vitali having 4 inches in height while Holmes has a couple inches of reach. Even though Vitali is a big guy I don't really think of him as a guy who overly exploits his range which probably benefits him against a guy like Holmes. Holmes is a tough cookie though and if we are talking a prime Holmes he would be very determined to prove himself to get out of the shadow of the previous generation of heavies but I guess Vitali would be pretty deterimed also to erase the memory of the Lewis fight.

It would be real hard to predict in a normal boxing contest but in a kickboxing contest that the thread is about I would go with Larry because he is the more grimy guy.

No, the Lennox rematch is the only one that really mattered.

Klitlickers will come up with a new theory to refute that Pele victory.

What the article doesn't mention is the kick was completely lucky and Vitali was absolutely fine and able to continue.

The only way Holmes would have beaten Vitali is by cuts. No other way would have been feasable in my opinion.

And if if were a kickboxing match, Holmes had no prayer whatsoever.

Really? That's good to know. Had not seen the actual footage. I had figured he was unconcious or something. Kicks to the face/head are pretty sick.

What about using the old rules in the underground chamber, hands dipped in glass and what not.

As for an actual real fight it could go either way to me, I think Holmes jab would be very effective in disrupting Vitali and set up other stuff but Vitali is tough minded enough to take that fire to get his. Like I said to me it would be an interesting contest, I could see either guy winning.
