All the evidence points toward a legit injury. On the flipside of your argument. No one ever said the xray didnt show separation.
I heard Hopkins or the rep from the commission say that in the interview but did you actually hear it cause from my stream I couldn't. If it did go down like that then I think the ref made a big mistake by not telling him he'd lose if he didn't continue. But Hop was also not smart in saying I can continue with one arm cause I doubt any ref would've allowed that.
It's true that we don't know the result of the x-ray but I said in other posts that it's highly unlikely he would've stayed in the ring that long after the fight and given an interview if it was actually separated. The pain from that is unbearable and they would've treated him right away. There's different levels of ac separation and if he did in fact have one it would've been one of the lower grades if all it took was 5mg of vicodin to send him home from the hospital.

LOL - the DR. said it was an AC separation. . . common sense says that in order for him to make a diagnosis he would take an x-ray. . . without an x-ray - the dr. would not diagnose him with an AC separation as it would be impossible to determine.

GOOGLE "AC SEPARATION"!! you will see what they look like, and that they are clearly identifiable on X-ray. . .

They are only identifiable on x-ray when they are the severe cases which actually need to be treated because the bone has moved and stayed out of position, not the cases where they give you 5mg of vicodin and send you home. If Hopkins had suffered the severe case he wouldn't have stayed in the ring to give an interview. He would've been in pain and had it treated right away. The doctor can diagnose the less severe form of ac separation based on the location of the pain and what caused it, even if the x-ray shows nothing. I know you like the guy and all but you have to admit he's not exactly honest when it comes to injuries.

An orthopaedic sh specialist will make the determination

on the Fixing the sh not an ER doctor. The ER doctor merrily verified the

            torn ligaments taken thro tests.

U can't tell me pain killers are the only healing solution.

            Duh.

Like it or not Antonio has layed down a good point here.

Although on the other hand this time he's been diagnosed with something.

Still, you have to expect a case of boy who cried wolf here with Hopkins history.

The x-ray won't show torn ligaments an MRI will and he didn't have an MRI. All he has to tell a doctor is that he fell on his shoulder and felt something slip and that it hurts. It's like faking whiplash, anyone can do it. Lets see how far Hopkins takes this and then we can know for sure if there's really an injury or not.

If you disagree with me state why, don't make silly comments. I'm not going to insult you back cause I like 4 out of your top 5 (not in that order though) so you can't be all bad.
