Why did he get up? What an insanely ****** question. It was a shoulder injury you ****** ****, not a leg injury.

The idiocy on this forum is astonishing.

If he had a dislocation and was rubbing his arm, it would have moved his shoulder and he'd pass out from the pain. I KNOW. He's the king of fakers. If Dawson had hit him anywhere near the beltline he'd be rubbing his testicles and claiming a low blow foul.

I won't pretend to know the extent of the injury or pretend to know what Hopkins was feeling, but that was a clear foul and should have been a NC.
Dawsons arm barely even tapped Hopkins' leg, and he let go way before Hopkins actaully fell.

it had very little to do with Hopkins falling.

dummy, if hopkins wanted the fight to continue, he should've gotten up instead of milking the injury

Actually, you're the ****** ****. He was asking a question, WHY DIDN"T HE GET UP?? Meaning, if Hopkins wanted to continue fighting why did he lay on the canvas instead of getting up.

Get off your little high horse there little Brit.

Should either have been a NC/ND or a DQ in these circumstances.
Agreed, whatever you think of HOpkins. The court of public opinion could've taken care of him.

Either way, you don't take a Champions's Title after 2 rounds, and it not involving a Punch, or Hopkins injuring himself in some fashion (fake or not), either by punching wrong and breaking his hand, or twisting his ankle (something like that).

He got slammed, only the second round, no punch involved. It's a no contest.

The results will get overturned, i'm 95% certain of it.

Who is comparing careers, we are talking about TONIGHT MATCH UP

and tonight....the only one heartless in that ring was B-Hop and his FAKE SHOULDER INJURY! It is a reason why he was getting BOOED THE MOST!

They should make a Demarco vs. Linares rematch and put Hopkins vs. Dawson in the undercard (also make it free).

My hero? Dude, my avatar is Hopkins getting ****d by Joe Calzaghe... You are seriously delusional dude. It was a bad call, a lame move by Dawson, but an understandable one.

Hopkins flopped, the ref knew it and stopped the fight because he knew Hops was either faking to buy time or slow down the pace of the fight. Either way, the fight is a TKO because it didn't end in a foul before 4 rounds. It's simple **** really if you know the rules.
