Well - Russia and Kazahkstan I suppose!
Four Kazakh fighters made the semi's, second most after Ukraine and 2 of theirs reach the Finals.

I expect Shelestyuk to get dominated by Sapiyev. Berynchyk, Lomachenko, Khytrov are all about 50/50. Usyk i would favor slightly but since he's fighting the home fighter Mamedov from Azerbaijan i'm worried he might get completely ***ed over. They had that scandel right before the tournement and if they have any strings to pull a gold medal fight would be the time.

19 of the 40 Medals being awarded are going to fighters from former Soviet Republics.

All 5 Ukrainian fighters have very pro styles and they've obviously been successful..... Berynchyk at 64 fought English Stalker and put a absolute beating on him in one of the semi finals today. Kavaliauskas knocked out Welsh Evans at WW

aint exactly? still have the best talent in the pros out of any country with the exception of mexico, who also doesnt figure strongly in the ams.
