Tito. Too long, too skilled, too powerful.

Not too many of them. Mosley was savvy - he'd likely survive but I can't see him beating marathon Tito over twelve.

            For sure Trinidad.

Timing was the main reason they never met. By the time Mosley left the lightweight division, jumping straight to 147, Trinidad had already left 147. After unifying the title against De la Hoya in Sept. 1999, Trinidad moved up to 154.

Mosley's first fight at 147 was against De la Hoya, in June 2000.

While Shane defended his 147 title, during 2001, Trinidad had gone through the 154 division before Mosley ever left 147.

The number one reason these two never met is because Trinidad was naturally bigger and went after bigger game, while Mosley was still between the welterweight and jr. middleweight divisions.

I think it would be one hell of a fight.

              Close, great fight.

Yes, because 2000 Mosley got outboxed by DLH like 1999 Trinidad did right? ... Not saying Tito isn't skilled, but i hate how everyone thinks Shane is just a brawler because of his past-prime years

I reckon it would have been a great fight, either guy could get the decision. All the makings of a FOTY candidate, such a shame it didn't happen...

Wasnt Mosley on steroids back then?

He lost to Forrest twice....Tito and Forrest are basically the same height and reach....Tito had much more power.
