Well I'll just say this. If Floyd decides to fight @154 again, I see no reason at all why he would choose Cotto over Martinez. Cotto is with Top Rank, and Floyd hates Bob Arum, and more importantly Cotto was already beaten by Pacquiao. Martinez is where the business is at right now.
If Cotto wins is he a credible opponent for Floyd?

I completely agree with you but there would be MUCH more money in a Cotto fight. Obviously I'd rather see Martinez, or even both.Well I'll just say this. Why are Pacs leftover being discussed as a future Floyd opponent? COtto could beat Floyd because Floyd isnt at such a level, whereby we think decent fighters wouldnt beat him, but if Floyd did beat Cotto hed get no respect for it.
Leave it there.Comment

No way man Manny and Floyd need to quit fannying about with each others 'left-overs' and get it on the ring or go their seperate ways.Comment

Neither Floyd nor Manny said anything. This Question was asked by the T.S. Man this is getting pathetic. Just start a thread titled Floyd and you will at least get 20 pages. Puga will be on seven of them.

He becomes a definite option. Floyd would also be able to hype Cotto up as well.
Would Cotto beat Floyd? Hell no. But it most definitely would be a good option.Comment
