I think undefeated Tito vs undefeated Oscar with faceoff & 24/7 woulda done or been up there with a Floyd vs Oscar in $$$. I also think Floyd vs Cotto in 08 woulda prolly been Floyds next biggest PPV #'s after DLH's fight. Obviously Floyd vs Pacquiao will surpass everything in boxing history.

    As per TS post,
    Tito vs Vargas
    DLH vs Mosley II
    Hopkins vs Tito
    DLH vs Vargas
    Lewis vs Tyson
    Dlh vs Floyd

are up their IMO. Floyd vs DLH obviously being the biggest.

To me, I'd say Cotto-Margarito was the biggest mega fight since Tito-Oscar. It had the rivalry going. The action had to be anticipated & it actually delivered( a rare thing these days)!! I guess I consider it that because it actually lived up to the hype. But in reality there has been very few mega fights that have actually delivered the goods. Tito- Vargas did & Oscar-Vargas. But if you say big money fights that were big by name alone, Floyd-Oscar owns the crown.

I will say Mayweather/Hatton; it produced the best 24/7 and probaly the most electric crowd I've ever seen. The fight was great it did good #'s, they both was undefeated you still have English posters upset Floyd ran Hatton into a ring post LOL.

At the magnitude of Dela Hoya-Trinidad, when both in their primes, if only,,,, Mayweather vs Cotto in 2008, but Floyd doesn't want Puerto Rico to win over America again in a megafight.

Mayweather vs Hatton was the biggest fight since DLH-Tito.

I don't think most of the people in this thread understand what a megafight is.

that was Hagler - Hearns all over again but better

2 undefeated prime U.S. Champions going at it with a lots of action and a dramatic finish.... lived up to all the hype and surpassed it
