Floyd def ducked Tony. Tony is an ATG with only 7 losses and is promoted by Bob Arum. Floyd has fought multiple Arum fighters since he left Top Rank. It is a known fact that Floyd is scared of all Bob Arum fighters.

at the time Floyd ducked Tony, he had four losses sure, but Floyd went and fought a feather fisted bum, for the lineal title... who had a dozen losses, 60+ fights and only 13 knock outs.

He didnt fight the best welter out there at the time, he fought the one who is precieved to be the best on paper. in other words he chose the easier softer way, he got away from Arum becusae thats the fight Arum was trying to make.

Mike tyson ****d a woman yet he is loved around here.If the Nevada Commision could not catch something as phsyical as plaster of paris then how can you have any faith in them catching any other fighter.I do not know what was going through Margarito and Capetillios minds before the fight but they were caught and rightfully suspended and he has served his time

I think NSB needs to require a minimum 3rd grade level of reading before allowing people like you to post, you can scroll through my post in this thread, he did not use fresh gauze, thats against the rules its illegal, again he was suspended.

Regarding plaster paris its been proven by the lab and the DA that there was not enough evidence to support a case here as they backed off.
He served his punishment life goes on.... period the rules were enforced.
