Actually The WBC also confirmed on the rule I posted and agrees with me but along with the WBC and my discussion with the executive director of the ABC they basicly state Nevada will prevail even though both agree that Floyd did in fact break that rule.

Now Ortiz did not use blatant fouls during the fight what you look at as head butts, you can see him driving his head into Floyds shoulder alot of agressive fighters do that to avoid being hit with the uppercut on the inside.

But also one more place Cortez ****ed up, When Ortiz did intentionally but Mayweather the rules state that 2 points are to be deducted per the WBC that didnt happen why?

Perhaps these guys do not know all the ****in rules or do not think on the fly as they should.
Also note that Cortez lost his mother the same day of the fight, you think Nevada is going to come down on him for his **** ups? I ran the vice chairmans boxing club for a few years so I know people who work for the WBC.
