As the Nevada state commission said and even Joe Cortez said and even Kenny Bayless said: "Floyd didn't break any rules!"
I've said it a million times. Floyd went in to touch Ortiz's gloves NOT to hug him. Ortiz reached in for another hug and pulled back with his hands down and thats when Floyd caught him with the combo. No trick

Since you're all about the rules, why aren't you attacking Cortez for not DQ'ing Ortiz for landing soooo many blatant fouls throughout the bout?
Since you're a big man of the rule book, you should know this rule as well. Better yet, show me one thread where you go after Cortez for not DQ'ing Ortiz "Mr. Righteous let's go by the NSAC rule book".
Don't worry, I'll wait little boy.

The rule is "Acts Constituting a Fowl" the OP posted the definition that is given by NAC. You guys are asking for a definition of the definition. It shouldn't take 50 pages to get something so basic through your head.
he knows hes wrong, he knows he ****ed up, but he has to save face and stay with his original storyline

Now Ortiz did not use blatant fouls during the fight what you look at as head butts, you can see him driving his head into Floyds shoulder alot of agressive fighters do that to avoid being hit with the uppercut on the inside.
But also one more place Cortez ****ed up, When Ortiz did intentionally but Mayweather the rules state that 2 points are to be deducted per the WBC that didnt happen why?
Perhaps these guys do not know all the ****in rules or do not think on the fly as they should.
Also note that Cortez lost his mother the same day of the fight, you think Nevada is going to come down on him for his **** ups? Kizer and Bayless are co workers and likely felt bad for Joe, and Nevada has already come under fire from the Agbeko Mares fight, I mean just how competent are these "Officials"
and since Nevada is right in your mind, explain to me what the rules state regarding a cornerman entering the ring during the contest? whats supposed to happen?
Why didnt it happen? perhaps the resident of that state is getting a little bit of home cooking

how has his thread failed if the rules say no unsportsmanlike tricks and you can clearly see Floyd doing exactly that?
"Well the NAC said no foul" pfft big deal commissions go against their own rules all the time, and this is Vegas we are talking about here.
