Cotto was not impressive with Steward against Mayorga. Got tagged a few times. He needs to be the best aerobic condition for this fight in case Margarito lands a good punch on him. If he is not motivated, the fight is gonna get real interesting. We know Margarito seems somewhat "shot" and will keep coming forward SLOWLY. But without a decent Plan A/B to motivate Cotto, it would be really interesting. I hope Cotto does not take light of this fight.
Cotto has ALL the motivation he needs dude, This is a man who took his "0" and beat him down with loaded wraps, Cotto pines for Revenge and infront of a rabid MSG crowd he will exact it.

although IMHO changing trainer is ill-timed at least Cotto took in a good trainer this time around and would not really affect the outcome of the fight, I am still rooting for Miguel to make in 1-1 vs tony...

Miguel Cotto cannot win this by brute force alone. He is going to need a game plan. A smart technical game plan. All he had to do is watch the Mosley fight. This is mental and Cotto has to be ready in that aspect and no trainer can give you mental strength to persevere. He can encourage you but it is on Cotto so changing trainers at this point doesn't even matter.
