hey and you guys that are hyped by pedro luis credentials. let me tell you. in the cuban educational system a masters is equal to a high school diploma in the states so no reason to play up this pedros I.Q.
    You are ignorass!!!!

Cotto fought a great fight against Yuri Foreman because of Emanuel Steward's gameplan. Cotto was used to following laterally moving opponents around the ring; even though he'd win, he'd get hit tons in the process. Against Foreman, he didn't follow him, he stood center ring, planted his left foot, and pivoted off it. Not chasing Foreman, but putting smart pressure on him, making Foreman come to him and timing him with jabs in the process.

Diaz seems as if he's a good boxing trainer from his training of Solis and Pascal, but he is going to have to teach, what Steward is great at, which is getting his fighter to breaking their opponents rhythm and lowering their punch output.

Cotto can't afford to make make too many tactical errors in this fight, he has trouble against stronger opponents as it is.
    Agreed!!!

unless Cotto's new trainer can set the clock back 5 years or so, it will be the same semi-shot guy in there against Margarito....

We won't be able to see the difference in outcomes if Cotto was trained by himself, Diaz, or Steward, so your opinion will be safe. If Cotto wins, he would've won regardless, if he loses, he would've lost regardless. This way your opinion of your opinion can remain in high regard, regardless.

We've already seen Cotto trained by 3 different people in the last 3 years.

No difference other than the fact that he got a belt from Yuri Foreman. My experience with trainers keeps my opinion in high regard.

          Are you a butthurt trainer?

            No...

Your 2nd sentence already lets me know that you aren't paying as much attention as you believe you are. I'm done discuaaing this, so you can get in the last word, if that's what you're looking for...

We'll see.
A trainer is no excuse to win or lose IMO. Cotto did not look too great against Mayorga even winning every round. And he had Steward for that fight. He looked like he really fought hard just to beat an old Mayorga.

IMO Cotto wins this fight regardless of him having his little son as his trainer or having Freddie Roach or Steward. Doesn't matter, Margarito is the most past it former top boxer right now. I would say he's even worse than RJJ. And let's say Cotto loses, that's still not the fault of a lack of good trainer, it would be Cotto's own loss.

I was waiting for you to grow some baby nuts and get at me. I have no reason to cry homie. You are a biter and sweating my style. I am actually flattered that you want to be like me and everyone else on boxingscene pretty much knows who reps the Hitmen Avi's. Better go buy a watch because you're late. You just confirmed what I been saying the whole time about you, so now I'm good. I'm a take my sig off and let you continue on with your life but what's funny is that it took you this long to get at me and it wasn't because of what I was saying to you about the Avi or even the blatant disrespect and calling you out. It was a post about Miguel Cotto that got you upset? You won't defend yourself but you will get at me because I made a post about Miguel Cotto? And you got the nerve to call me a "puzzy"? Ha ha ha! Awwwww, what's da madder? Did I talk bad about Miguel Cotto and it hurt you? Huh? You're the one that needs the bottle.
