Yes Martinez has every right to call them out at JMW...Now if he was calling them out at MW then he would be in the wrong. But, to call them out at a weight-class they have won titles in, is legit.

However, neither Floyd nor Pac is ducking him. Both guys tried the JMW division didn't feel comfortable and ran back down to a weight-class they felt comfortable in. You can't blame guys for not wanting to fight at a weight-class they don't belong in. It's not a duck if you're not campaigning at the same weight-class. Now if Pac and Floyd decide to fight again at JMW and not against Martinez then we can call it a duck.

For Floyd and Pac fans who get mad cuz Martinez calls them out...what is the big deal? Floyd went up in weight to fight ODLH (Yeah I know it was a huge payday) and Pac "Went Up" in weight for Margarito. They felt comfortable enough to move up in weight to take those fights. If Sergio does not feel comfortable moving up even more in weight then let him fight at the weights that are comfortable for him. I dont see the big deal if it is one weight class away. Sergio says he can make JR Middleweight limit. If any of these three fighters start calling out super bantamweight fighters then I will have a problem with it. Otherwise let them put on entertaining shows.
As far as B-Hop calling out Martinez...I wouldnt mind seeing it maybe at 165-166. Martinez could do what Pac did and just not go that far up to keep his speed.
