I love all this talk about Martinez being overrated.

Well could it be that the reason is that Cotto actually stayed and is campaigning at that weight-class? While the other two are not?

Pacman going 12 against a shot 40 year old Mosley was not a pfp performance.

Why did Floyd resort to 2 cheap shots in a fairly competitive fight against a 24 year old?

I hope that 1 of those #1 & 2 decide to grow some nutts & meat Martinez at 154 to see what's really up.

Ps. Darren Barker was clearly a better fighter than we all thought. Give the man some credit, instead of trying to discredit Martinez.
what a ****** thread from a typical ***** again lol probably because the two top p4p fighters are best at 147 not 154

which part of that do u not understand.

why dont u pray for martinez to grow sum balls and n come down to 147 if he's so underated lol

Or did they go running back down to a more comfortable weight-class for them? And, if it's the latter how can you blame them for not wanting to fight a weight-class that they don't belong in?
I kow your slow, buts let try this again. If people are calling Martinez overrated, (which they are) & Floyd & Pacman are so great,(which people claim), then why can't either meet the overrated Martinez at a weight where all have been champs at & prove it. Now I'm not saying there ducking him, but why don't they just kick his (so called) overrated a$$ being the 2 best fighters in boxing? If people stop saying martinez is overrated, I wouldn't have a problem. But to me, beating a Margarito at 150 for a vacant strap is a far more overrated feat than the things Martinez has done recently.

Sergio last 2 fights have been bull**** to. The thing is you have no problem with people calling manny out on it but when they do it with Sergio you have a problem with it.

Bottom line is they both fought BUll**** 154lb title fights and as soon as they fought them they moved their little azzes back down where they belong.

Why down he move back down and chase dudes in the JMW division. That **** is stacked. He don't even need to be chasing ww.

Obviously you're the slow one here.

Again, I will repeat myself...Could it because they don't campaign at that weight-class?

They fought at that weight-class, they tried it out. They decided that they didn't belong their and ran back down to a weight-class they're comfortable in.

Now if they fight at 154 again against someone else then you would have a point. But, until then this thread like yourself if is ******ed.

Explain how Martinez's last 2 fights were bull**** please. Barker was young, prime, undefeated & clearly better than we all thought. Dzinziruk was also undefeated 7 1 of the best fighters at 154, who could still probably retire the side there right now. Compared to Mosley & Margarito, get serious.

I told you ur slow, I never blamed them for not wanting to fight him. But to call Martinez overrated with the **** those 2 do, is preposterous.

He already earned his P4P spot. And, he doesn't need to fight B-Hop....He just needs to fight the best in his weight-class...Whether it's 154 or 160.

But, then you're implying that a none HOF'er as of today has reached as much as two ATG's....

And, again everyone is overrated including Pac and underrated including Martinez. It all depends on who's doing the rating.
