Floyd fought in the Ameteurs at 106,he did`nt start his professional career at 106.Plus Floyd has gotten slower and lost power moving up,Manny has gotten Faster and still retained his power moving up 8 weight classes.

How old were both guys when they fought @ 106? Oh that's right, both were teenagers. Turning pro doesn't make you bigger.

Both men have slowed down a bit, Manny carried his power a bit better, but lets face it, he's probably always been a better p4p puncher even before the move up and he ain't exactly knocking these WW's out.

This dude is a proven liar and felon. He is trying to sell people something. He is invested in a testing company so he wants pro sports to adopt his company's testing so he can make millions. He has to say what he is saying to put doubt on the current testing system because he doesn't make any money from the current testing. Conte made a career juicing athletes and now he's Mr Goody Two Shoes, here to clean up the sport. I'm all for random testing but I don't take a word he says seriously.

BTW Pacquiao did agree to random testing, just Google it. You *****s keep forgetting that it's always Floyd who is bringing up his impending court date or some other BS.

Not exactly true my friend. Let us not forget the first round of negotiations. Pac refused. Then in the second round, Floyd gave a time table and Pac wanted testing with limits. It was only AFTER negotiations broke off that Pac said he would. to my knowledge that is only recently like the last 6 months. Please if you or anyone respond to this post, explain why would he refuse in the first place if he had nothing to hide? I'm not trying to get into a debate with *****s or *******s either. That is a legitimate question.

FACT: PEDs by casual users account for roughly 80%. Saw this in the document "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" a 2008 documentary. Exactly, and yet after hooking up with Ariza, Pacquiao.....

1.) gained 13lbs of muscle in 9 months while ripping through 3 divisions, all the while increasing his speed and power

2.) made the second highest recorded weight gain in history, second only to a guy who finished at heavyweight and used steroids to get there, and he only exceeded 5'6" Pacquiao's weight gain by 1lb

3.) Refused random blood tests, citing 8 different ridiculous excuses
