Why are people putting David Tua on their lists? That's like the 5th or 6th time someone has done it. He never even won a belt, just a contender with a great chin and power but limited skills. If you going to put him there, might as well put Sam Peter in there.

I'm not sure how I would rank the Top 10 or even who I would have in the Top 10 considering the last 20 years of the HW Division has been relatively weak.

But my #1 would definitely be Evander Holyfield. I just can't see how anyone in the past 20 years has the resume that Holyfield has.

And the obvious names that stand above the rest are Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson (Although his best work was in the 1980's) the Klitschko Brothers and Rid**** Bowe.
