Why are people putting David Tua on their lists? That's like the 5th or 6th time someone has done it. He never even won a belt, just a contender with a great chin and power but limited skills. If you going to put him there, might as well put Sam Peter in there.

You make it sound like great power and a granite chin mean nothing in boxing.
