The commission agrees with Floyd's stance. It's not mandatory because they don't have funding to pay for it; not because it's what the commission thinks isn't right.

People shouldn't compare boxing to other sports.

Other sports have real governing bodies. Boxing does not.

The NSAC is not there for the best interest of boxers. Anyone who believes that is myopic. Besides their jurisdiction is VERY narrow.

Gino, that's a key point. The commission "rarely" catches anyone pre-fight.

Catching them after the fight defeats the whole purpose.
