Give me one reason why Pirog is a legacy fight, for any one?

That's like saying Joe Lipsy was a legacy fight for Hopkins.

Pirog hasn't even beaten any one of note, and no please don't mention Jacobs.

Legacy wins would be against named opponents, proven champions.

If anything, win over Dzinzuruk, who's a better boxer than Pirog, did more for Martinez than a Pirog win would do.

Legacy fights are: Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto/Margarito, and Super 6 winner/Lucian Bute/Mikkel Kesler.

Sturm, Pirog, Rubio, are just good wins, not great wins.

His wins over Williams, Pavlik, and Dzinzuruk overshadow what a win over Pirog would do.

Dibella,King,Shaw,Oscar,Arum and Goosen are all the same imo. When they have their promoters cap on almost everything that comes out of their mouths is bs.

And can you remind me why he is not fighting those guys?

Cotto don't want him. Pacquiao don't want him. Mayweather don't want him.

Martinez wants a fight with Mayweather or Pacquiao above 160 unification. Martinez said 160 unification is his back-up plan.

Honestly he deserves a shot at them.

Arum and King are in their own level of corruption. Grouping all of them together like that is very unfair.

after dzinziruk, martinez and his entire camp said they're going to take an easy fight. barker is just that, an easy fight. don't know why, but that's what they said from what i remember. i thought they meant a stay busy fight, like a couple months after dzinziruk, i didn't think they meant an actual fight that would take up the rest of the year. truly disappointing, especially as a martinez fan. trust me, the whole martinez camp knows that if they don't step up their competition for next year, they will fade away in relevancy and p4p rankings.
